An exciting opportunity has become available within our Credit team following internal movements.

We are currently seeking credit professionals to join Nissan Financial Services across a range of Credit opportunities. Depending on your experience and background, you may be considered for positions including Credit Officer, Credit Support Officer, or Retail Credit Analyst.

We have multiple opportunities available across fixed-term and ongoing contract arrangements. Weekend availability may be required for some positions, with a variety of shift patterns available to support operational requirements.

Your Opportunity

As part of our Credit team, you will play an important role in supporting our dealer network, customers, and broader business by delivering timely credit decisions, maintaining portfolio quality, and providing exceptional service.

Depending on the role, responsibilities may include:

• Assessing and processing consumer and business credit applications
• Supporting credit decision-making and underwriting activities
• Managing customer and dealer enquiries
• Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance standards
• Building strong relationships with dealerships and internal stakeholders
• Supporting portfolio quality through sound credit practices
• Assisting with credit administration, reporting and operational activities

About You

To be successful, you will bring:

• Experience within lending, credit, banking, financial services or a related environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and sound decision-making skills
• A customer-focused approach with the ability to build strong relationships

Highly regarded:

• Experience assessing consumer or commercial credit applications
• Exposure to lending policies, underwriting, or credit risk management
• Experience supporting dealer, broker or customer-facing finance operations
