Your opportunity…

Leadership and Collaboration:

This is a pivotal leadership role contributing to Nissan Australia's ongoing success and will lead to long-term career growth. You will combine your ability to build collaborative relationships and influence internal and external stakeholders to optimise results and drive positive change. You will have a seat at the leadership table working closely with the other three Regional General Managers across the country, and key leadership stakeholders in Head Office.

 

Regional Performance Excellence:

Take charge of establishing and executing a comprehensive Regional Sales plan, ensuring short, medium and long-term success. As you manage the regional team, your leadership will optimise efforts for maximum performance against set objectives. As a promoter for transformation, you will shape the regional culture as a change agent, enhance team capabilities and build succession planning.

 

Key outcomes will be:

·        Achievement of sales and market share requirements

·        Foster top level relationships with our dealer network and partners

·        Cultivate best practice levels of employee engagement and satisfaction

·        Lead cross functional integration of all departments with the Regional Office

 

Strategic Development and Budget Management:

Own the critical development, planning and analysis for the region; identifying opportunities and addressing gaps. Implement regional and dealer media strategies, managing budgets with a focus on cost efficiencies. Ensure incentives align with approved programs while promoting new product and technical training initiatives throughout the dealer network.

 

You will bring…

·        Senior Management/Leadership in multinational sales & marketing, ideally automotive. You value your teams and can demonstrate your ability to work with a diverse team to bring them on the journey.

·        Strong sales strategy, execution and problem-solving skills.

·        You are curious when faced with complex issues and can deliver the business plan strategy while solving immediate operational challenges.

·        Passion for our brand, customers and our product/services, adept at building positive relationships and delivering results.

·        Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
