Title: Product Operations Manager 3
Location: Beaverton, OR
Duration: 3-month contract

WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, drive continuous improvement, and support the successful launch and ongoing management of our products. You’ll coordinate across product managers, developers, marketing, and other stakeholders to align operations with product strategy. You’ll also manage project plans, timelines, and resources to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
- Coordinate activities across teams to support product launches
- Maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
- Identify and implement process improvements and best practices
- Facilitate regular status meetings and reporting
- Track KPIs and use data to inform decisions
- Oversee quality assurance processes and collaborate with testing teams
- Gather and integrate customer feedback into product operations
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure alignment with timelines and quality standards
- Optimize resource use and support budget tracking with finance teams
- Foster open communication and transparency across teams
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and learning
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience
- Background in program or project management, ideally in design operations or product development
- Strong communication skills to work with graphic, color, product, footwear, and apparel designers
- Detail-oriented and be able to be able to visualize the plan to all teams across Jordan Basketball.
- Experience with Miro and Airtable is a plus
- Former Nike experience or a passion for design operations is a bonus
- Prior experience in sportswear product development or design with an operational mindset is a plus
