WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • Collaborate with Apparel Design, Graphics, Print, Product Management, Merchandising, and Development to build cohesive seasonal color direction
  • Create original color palettes, narrative, and seasonal color refresh on existing products with supervision from design leadership
  • Review samples, troubleshoot color execution challenges, and drive accuracy from concept to manufacturing
  • Conduct in‑depth research across sport, fashion, art, and culture to inform color decisions
  • Support cross-functional designers with color expertise outside your assigned load when needed
  • Participate in the communication and presentation of compelling seasonal color proposals to internal and external audience

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 1-3 years of experience in color design or apparel design
  • High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Keynote
  • Passion for trend and color research, with the ability to gather cultural and market insights and interpret consumer behavior
  • Clear and compelling communicator, both verbally and visually, in cross-functional settings
  • Strong ability to apply seasonal expressions to existing footwear silhouettes through trend-right use of color and materials; able to communicate design intent through both mood boards and CADs
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Expertise in color technology, materials, dyes, finishes, and color achievability
