Title: Product Research Associate 2

WHAT YOU WILL DO
As an ETW in our NIKE Sport Research Lab (NSRL), you will be responsible for executing research projects (both applied and basic research) aimed at delivering proven performance insights that will lead to technologically innovative footwear, apparel and equipment that are globally relevant. You will conduct studies under the guidance of perception scientists following prescribed procedures and methodology. In addition, you will become familiar with the research tools used by the Nike Sport Research Lab staff for perception research.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Ability to work well with visiting athletes; this person will be the “face” of the team that helps lead testing for new product
Requirements for the position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in science, psychology, behavior, or related field
- Strong communication and people skills
- Detail oriented and able to follow instructions
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience performing research with human subjects is preferred
- Key skill to have here will be the ability to balance professionalism with being personable
Combination of skills that would make a candidate stand out:
- A background in either sensory testing or human research
- Experience with some sort of testing, but with human subjects
- Interaction with athletes/subjects will be key in this role
