Salary/Hourly rate:  $25.0158 to $27.1184 plus casual loading and 10.5% superannuation

About the Role:

NCN Health have an exciting opportunity for a Health Care Worker to join our team in Numurkah at Pioneer Lodge. The role of the Health Care Worker is to maintain daily care needs for residents, provide person centred care and attend to necessary documentation.

What we are looking for:

• Vaccination against Covid-19 is a mandatory requirement
• Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
• An understanding of the ageing process and a commitment to advocate for older people in residential care
• Experience in Aged care and knowledge of Aged care Standards
• Evidence of full immunisation against Covid-19 
• Evidence of influenza 2022 vaccination
