Mansfield District Hospital is seeking a highly motivated, team focused and dynamic Registered Nurse to join the Acute Leadership team as an After-Hours Coordinator. Applicants will have advanced clinical experience in acute/sub-acute and experience in Aged Care to provide clinical support out of hours. 

You will have demonstrated leadership ability in the provision of safe, quality care, be patient and team focused, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will also have an ability to work autonomously and as a member of a health care team. Delivering Great Care to our staff, patients and residents is central to this role. 

The successful applicant will hold current registration with AHPRA and demonstrate the following:

·        An ability to provide consistent quality health care in accordance with our Great Care strategy

·        Applied knowledge of evidence-based best practice in nursing care

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·        Responsiveness to the needs of patients/ clients and their families

·        An interest in expanding knowledge of relevant standards and tools

·        Demonstrated leadership qualities and team building capability.
