What you will be doing:

🌟Providing support for the RN’s and EN’s working on the floor.

🌟Clinical documentation, oversight of Care Plans and Assessments.

🌟Support for the Clinical Care Manager- as required and based on the needs of the home.

🌟Providing mentorship for clinical and care staff

Please note: This is a part-time role, working 3 days a week.
