Lycopodium is currently recruiting for a Lead Project Controller to join our growing Project Services team.
Reporting to the Project Controls Manager the Lead Project Controller will support the group in overall cost management and controls for EPCM/EOC projects while following various procedures, work practices, plans, systems and protocols to maintain a high standard of work.
The tasks you'll perform
- Ensure project performance in particular cost control, forecast and progress reporting
- Manage and report project cost in accordance with project specific requirements and identify variances or trends that require corrective action
- Support the processing of the contractor's payments, providing guidance to project accounting to ensure invoices are processed
The expertise you'll bring
- Degree or Diploma in related field (engineering, finance or accounting)
- 3-5 years post graduate experience in cost analysis/control for EPCM/EPC projects
- Knowledge of cost control principals including change management, progress and performance measurement

The expected salary range for this role is $135,000 to $160,000. This range is based on the role’s job family and level and reflects a good faith estimate for the role at the time of posting. Your final offer will depend on factors such as market conditions, internal equity and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role. We believe in fair, competitive pay that reflects the value you bring to the team.
