Lycopodium is currently recruiting for a Mechanical Designer to join our growing Design team in Lima- Perú.

Reporting to the Manager of Engineering the Mechanical Designer will be proficient in all aspects of 3D MicroStation software 

The tasks you'll perform

• Ensure that all CAD files you produce strictly comply with the necessary Lycopodium and project CAD procedures.
• Comply with all published company procedures and instructions.
• Ensure that all CAD files you produce strictly comply with the necessary Lycopodium and project CAD procedures.
• Comply with all published company procedures and instructions
• Follow and implement all relevant Lycopodium standards and procedures and to ensure compliance with these
• Produce Lycopodium and industry standard 3D models and design drawings under direction and supervision of Senior design personnel and Discipline Engineers.

The expertise you'll bring

• Proficiency in 3D Microstation software.
• An approved diploma qualification in Engineering Design Drafting of their discipline or directly related industry experience of 5 years.
• English language speaking, reading and writing.
• Proficiency in 3D Triforma or Aecosim Software.
• Working experience with ProjectWise online file storage software.
