Lycopodium is looking for a motivated and driven Project Administrator to join our Perth based team.

With international offices in Africa, Australia, Canada, Peru and the Philippines, Lycopodium proudly delivers high quality professional engineering and project delivery services globally, across the mining and metals; infrastructure and process industries.

We are looking for a Project Administrator to help enable the success of our project through quality project administration. 

Reporting to the Project Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for providing critical administrative services whilst continuously striving towards producing high quality deliverables and providing high-level office support.

The tasks you’ll perform:  

  • Assisting project team with day to day support.
  • Electronic filling of project correspondence, minutes, etc.
  • Keeping contact lists and any admin based registers up to date.
  • Liasing with site administrator for any requirements on site, replacement PPE, petyy cash top up, etc.
  • Coordinating onboarding of project personnel.
  • Meeting and greeting Clients, visitors and staff, in a prompt professional manner.
  • Providing assistance to the Projects team, as and when required.

The expertise you’ll bring:

  • Driven and determined to achieve objectives through continued professional development.
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate an ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with colleagues across all business units.
  • Strong Microsoft Office. Excel, word processing and data entry skills.
  • Experience as an administrator or a similar administrative role will be highly regarded but not compulsory.
