Lycopodium is currently recruiting for a Senior SAP Business Analyst to join our amazing IT team in Perth on a 12 month fixed-term basis.

A self-motivated 'Go-To' person, you'll enjoy implementing changes and improvements to the internal business systems and workflow of an organisation. You'll thrive on the technical challenge of understanding the complexities of our SAP S4 Hana ERP, engaging with the right stakeholders and rolling it out to help the company achieve its mission. Guided and coached by the Group Manager - IT, you'll be supported by a talented team of IT experts and stakeholders.

The expertise you'll bring

• Demonstrate success working with SAP applications including SAP S4 Hana (Finance, Commercial Project Management, Project Systems and Procurement) or similar medium to large ERP systems and SAP Success Factors
• Experience working with teams across different global locations to roll out and ensure process compliance
• Experience in an international engineering or mining company, highly advantageous
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to mange conflicting priorities
• Experience delivering results across different time zones as part of a team
• Ability to learn new concepts quickly
