Project Controller

The Project Controller will ensure that all Project Controls standards and procedures are adhered to whilst providing timely and accurate information to the project stakeholders.

The tasks you'll perform

• Raise and administer ATC (Authority to Commit) documentation for submission to the client.
• Assist with the timely and accurate allocation of budgets to project documentation.
• Create and maintain project cost reports projects throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist with the entry and administration of data into the project controls software system.
• Update and administer the project cashflow forecast.
• Assist Project Managers in decision making by constantly monitoring budget and expenditure changes, as well as providing regular updates of project status.
• Consolidate and produce weekly and monthly reports for projects in conjunction with the Project team.
• Proactively support other team members as required to ensure Project deliverables are met
• General duties as required.

The expertise you'll bring

• Tertiary Qualification (Engineering, Accounting or Quantity Surveying) or equivalent Project experience.
• 2+ years in a similar role with relevant industry experience.
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
• Build and sustain positive relationships with all stakeholders, including clients, vendors and co-workers.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Personal qualities of integrity, credibility and commitment.
• Solid technical aptitude, analytical and problem-solving skills.
