The Project Controller will ensure that all Project Controls standards and procedures are adhered to whilst providing timely and accurate information to the project stakeholders.

The tasks you'll perform
- Raise and administer ATC (Authority to Commit) documentation for submission to the client.
- Assist with the timely and accurate allocation of budgets to project documentation.
- Create and maintain project cost reports projects throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist with the entry and administration of data into the project controls software system.
- Update and administer the project cashflow forecast.
- Assist Project Managers in decision making by constantly monitoring budget and expenditure changes, as well as providing regular updates of project status.
- Consolidate and produce weekly and monthly reports for projects in conjunction with the Project team.
- Proactively support other team members as required to ensure Project deliverables are met
- General duties as required.
The expertise you'll bring
- Tertiary Qualification (Engineering, Accounting or Quantity Surveying) or equivalent Project experience.
- 2+ years in a similar role with relevant industry experience.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Build and sustain positive relationships with all stakeholders, including clients, vendors and co-workers.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Personal qualities of integrity, credibility and commitment.
- Solid technical aptitude, analytical and problem-solving skills.
