Intercompany Accountant

Lycopodium Philippines is currently recruiting for an Intercompany Accountant to join our growing team in Manila. 

Reporting to the Group Finance Manager and working collaboratively with personnel across Lycopodium Group, you will process intercompany ledger accounts, invoices, billing and other financial transactions.

The tasks you'll perform

• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of the intercompany invoicing cycle.
• Finalise and issue intercompany invoices in the agreed timeline and ensure consistency across the Lycopodium Group.
• Coordinate with global finance teams to resolve invoice and payment queries in a professional manner.
• Follow up with global finance teams to ensure outstanding intercompany invoices are paid on terms and ensure cash flows between offices.
• Perform end of month intercompany reconciliations across the Lycopodium Group and support half-year and full-year eliminations.
• Assist with Lycopodium Group financial reporting and audit requests as directed by the Group Finance Manager.

The expertise you'll bring

• Tertiary qualification in Accounting/Commerce.
• Minimum of 3-5 years postgraduate experience in a similar position.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP software is desirable
• Efficient utilisation of available technologies and software (Excel).
• General understanding of the reconciliation and transactional process.
• Experience in a global company operating across multiple jurisdictions.
• Construction and/or Engineering industry experience preferable
