Lycopodium is currently recruiting for a Structural Designer to join our growing Drafting and Design team in San Isidro. 

Reporting to the Principal Designer, you will produce high quality, cost effective, detail 3D designs and general arrangement drawings. You will in general, work under the supervision of the Principal Designer, Project Lead Designer, Lead Discipline Design Engineer or the Project Lead Engineer.

The tasks you'll perform

  • Ensure that all CAD files you produce strictly comply with the necessary Lycopodium and project CAD procedures.
  • Comply with all published company procedures and instructions.
  • Follow and implement all relevant Lycopodium standards and procedures and to ensure compliance with these
  • Produce Lycopodium and industry standard 3D models and design drawings under direction and supervision of Senior design personnel and Discipline Engineers.
  • Ensure drawings comply with all relevant International Standards.
  • Ensure the correct use of project defined standard design details and notes are used in the production of project design drawings.

The expertise you'll bring

  • Proficiency in 3D Microstation software.
  • An approved diploma qualification in Engineering Design Drafting of their discipline or directly related industry experience of 5 years.
