Lycopodium is currently recruiting for a Non-Process Plant Infrastructure Superintendent to join our growing Project team in Ahafo North. 

Reporting to the Construction Manager- Plant/NPI the Non-Process Plant Infrastructure Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the construction, maintenance, and operations of non-process plant infrastructure within our organization. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and project management skills to support our Ahafo North Project Team on site.

The tasks you'll perform

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure infrastructure packages are functional, cost-effective, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Lead and supervise construction Contractors for non-process plant infrastructure, including buildings, utilities, roads, and other related facilities.  
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards related to non-process plant infrastructure, including safety, environmental, and building codes.
• Coordinate with Contractors, Vendors, and Clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specifications.
• Oversee the hand over to Operations of utilities, including water, electricity, HVAC systems, and other essential services.

• Manage and mentor a team of Infrastructure Supervisors, Engineers, Contractors and support staff.  
• Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the infrastructure team.
