Lycopodium is currently recruiting for a Graduate Process Engineer to join our growing Process team in Cape Town. 

Reporting to the Principal Process Engineer the Graduate Process Engineer will receive:

• Exposure to EPCM project delivery in the mining industry
• Mentorship from experienced engineers and professionals
• Development of technical, analytical, and professional skills
• Practical workplace experience aligned with academic qualifications

The tasks you'll perform

• Assisting with engineering, project, or technical support activities related to the projects
• Performing administrative and operational support duties as required

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering or equivalent from a recognised tertiary institution
• South African citizen
• Cape Town based
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a professional environment
• Computer literacy (MS Office; industry software is an advantage)
