Due to a growing level of secured studies and projects we are looking for a Project Administrator to join our growing Brisbane team and help enable the success of our projects and studies through quality project administration. 

An essential backbone to our Brisbane office, the Project Administrator will be responsible for providing critical administrative services whilst continuously striving towards producing high quality deliverables and providing high-level office support.

The tasks you'll perform

  • Meeting and greeting Clients, visitors and staff, in a prompt professional manner.
  • Managing phone activity in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Accurately processing of accounts payable to various suppliers.
  • Providing assistance to the Projects team, as and when required.

The expertise you'll bring

  • Driven and determined to achieve objectives through continued professional development.
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate an ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with colleagues across all business units.
  • Strong Microsoft Office. Excel, word processing and data entry skills.
  • Procurement experience highly regarded but not essential
  • Experience as an administration assistant or a similar administrative role will be highly regarded but not compulsory.
