Lycopodium Philippines is currently recruiting for an Admin Assistant (12-month contract) to join our growing team in Manila, Philippines. 

Reporting to the Admin Team, the Admin Assistant (12-month contract) will provide support in the general administration and upkeep of the office and facilities to ensure safe and seamless operations in the workplace.

Objectives:

·        Pivotal in assisting a seamless administrative team operation in the workplace.

·        Maintain high standard of work whilst consistently demonstrating respect, integrity, and diligence.

·        Work collaboratively with diverse team members in a multidisciplinary environment.

The tasks you'll perform

  • Supports the Facilities and Admin Officer and Admin Business partner in the day-to-day operations.
  • Participates in the event planning, and liaising office logistics.
  • Provides support in records management, and data entry while ensuring accuracy.
  • Assists in processing building requirements for ingress/egress of official business deliveries.
  • Helps in processing purchase orders and billings.
  • Perform any ad-hoc and other administrative tasks.

The expertise you'll bring

  • Graduate of any bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in a service-oriented & multi-national corporation
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Flexible, analytical, and systematic in handling daily tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision whilst consistently demonstrating integrity, credibility and commitment.
