Lycopodium is currently recruiting for a Site Administrator and Document Control to join our growing Project Service team in West Africa.

Reporting to the Reporting to the Site Office Manager, the Project Administrator, will provide administrative services to the construction management by continuously producing quality deliverables and providing high-level office support.

The tasks you'll perform

  • Organizing and coordinating project meetings and workshops
  • Attending assigned project weekly/monthly meetings
  • Preparing and formatting project related documents, minutes of meetings and reports.
  • Produce complex technical documents with particular emphasis on formatting, presentation, accuracy, spelling and grammar, sometimes at short notice with immediate deadlines.
  • Register and file all relevant project documentation in accordance to the Company approved procedures.
  • Providing assistance to the Construction Management team, as and when required.
  •  Lead, monitor and control project document transmission in accordance with Company, Client, and regulatory standards.
  • Control, coordinate and distribute all project documentation and data in a timely and efficient manner to meet project demands, requirements, and schedules.
  • Lead and ensure the accurate uploading, logging, filing & distribution of project related documentation.
  • Register and file all relevant project documentation in accordance to the Company approved procedures.
  • Coordination of Lycopodium personnel’s travel to and from site and act as liaison between Global Mobility and the Client’s logistics coordinator.

  • Demonstrate a strict practice of confidentiality, personal responsibility and discretion.
  • Intermediate MS Word and Excel, Microsoft office 365 / Windows, Adobe XI Pro / Acrobat.
