What You’ll Be Doing:

✔ Coaching & Inspiring – Lead, develop, and mentor Retail Leaders to achieve success and create world-class customer experiences.

✔ Driving Success – Oversee sales performance, team engagement, and operational excellence across your portfolio.

✔ Creating Sensory Experiences – Champion Koko Black Group’s vision by transforming in-store interactions into immersive brand moments.

✔ Building High-Performing Teams – Recruit, train, and retain top talent while fostering a culture of learning and development.

✔ Shaping the Future – Drive strategic initiatives and continuously improve the in-store experience.

What You Bring:

• Proven success in leading multiple retail/hospitality locations, with Area/Regional Management experience.
• A passion for creating exceptional customer experiences – storytelling and sensory immersion are in your DNA!
• Strong leadership and coaching skills – you know how to develop and empower high-performing teams.
• A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach – you love problem-solving and thinking big while executing the details.
• An eye for visual merchandising – you understand how to create an inviting and commercial shopping environment.
