👑 About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll partner closely with the Store Manager to bring our Collins Street store to life. You’ll lead from the floor, inspire your team and deliver exceptional customer experiences that reflect our premium brand.

Together, our Assistant Store Managers will:

• Lead exceptional customer experiences, bringing the Koko Black journey to life
• Inspire, coach and develop a high-performing team culture
• Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing team capability building
• Maintain impeccable product presentation across retail and beverages
• Drive commercial outcomes through rostering, stock management and sales performance
• Champion operational excellence, including food safety and visual merchandising standards
• Communicate confidently and collaborate across the broader business
