Administration Officer

We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our Student Services team at our Reedy Creek Campus.

Key Duties:

• Managing incoming phone calls and general enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner
• Greeting and assisting students, parents, and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of the College
• Responding to routine enquiries from families and staff, and appropriately escalating more complex matters
• Supporting student administration, including attendance processes, student sign‑ins/outs, and basic welfare support
• Maintaining accurate records, databases, and filing systems
• Preparing correspondence, forms, and routine documentation as required
• Supporting the campus leadership team and teaching staff with general administrative tasks
• Assisting with day‑to‑day office operations to ensure the smooth running of the campus

To be successful for this role you will have:

• Minimum 2 years previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (experience in a similar role will be highly regarded) 
• Current Working with Children's Check
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
• Excellent time management skills
• Intermediate to Advanced MSOffice skills, particularly Word and Excel
• Team player attitude with a strong work ethic and genuine desire to help!

This is role is Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm,TERM TIME position.

Your curriculum vitae should include details for;

• at least 2 recent professional referees 
• at least 1 referee who can attest to your suitability to work within the values and culture of an expanding Christian school (preferably from a pastor or minister).

The REEDY CREEK CAMPUS (on the southern end of the Gold Coast) has more than 2600 students on-site, from Early Learning through to Year 12. This campus also includes a Trade Training College.

Our PIMPAMA CAMPUS (on the northern end of the Gold Coast) currently has over 2000 students on-site, from Early Learning to Year 12.

King’s LOGAN VILLAGE CAMPUS (in south-west Logan) currently has over 1000 students on-site, offering places for students from Early Learning through to High School.
