Warehouse Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operator to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead our team to success. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this on-site role is responsible for ensuring compliance, safety, resource allocation, and effective WMS utilisation across all warehouse activities

This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong operations specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving efficiency, compliance, and team performance.

 Some of what you will be doing:

• Plan daily storage and consignments to ensure smooth operational flow
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, storage and consignments
• Ensure WMS integrity, stock accuracy and reporting
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance
• Enforce WHS, customs and quarantine compliance requirements
• Drive continuous improvement across processes and procedures

About you:

You are an experienced warehousing professional who has stepped into leadership and is ready to take ownership of an entire warehouse operation. You lead from the front, hold high standards around compliance and safety, and know how to motivate teams while balancing operational demands.

You remain calm under pressure, can manage competing priorities, and have the confidence to make decisions that support both operational efficiency and customer outcomes

 What we hope you have:

• 4–5 years’ experience in warehousing, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and coaching capability
• Advanced WMS utilisation and reporting skills
• Conflict resolution skills and compliance oversight experience
• Ability to allocate resources effectively and manage workload planning
• Strong decision-making and resilience under operational pressure
• A visible leadership presence to enforce compliance, efficiency and safety standards
