The Opportunity
This is a hands-on leadership role where strategy meets day-to-day operations. You’ll take ownership of branch performance, lead a capable team, and drive both customer satisfaction and commercial success.
You’ll have the autonomy to improve, innovate, and grow - not just maintain the status quo.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning the financial performance of the branch, driving revenue and managing costs
- Leading both sales and operations to deliver seamless, high-quality service
- Creating a strong customer-first culture across every touchpoint
- Coaching and developing your team to build capability, engagement, and performance
- Ensuring a safe, compliant, and efficient working environment
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, productivity, and outcomes
What We’re Looking For
You might already be a Branch Manager - or a strong operational leader ready to step up.
We’re less concerned about what industry you come from and more interested in how you lead and think.
You’ll bring
- Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced, operational environment
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to run a business unit
- Confidence managing people, performance, and change
- A practical understanding of operations - workforce planning, logistics, inventory, or similar
- A focus on continuous improvement and finding smarter ways of working
- A passion for delivering great customer outcomes
