Here's an overview of our role:

As the the Fleet & Plant Performance Coordinator, you will overlook the “in life” coordination of SGSPAA (Group) owned, leased and short term hired Heavy Commercial Vehicles, Specialised fleet, Plant & Equipment (fleet).

A key component of the role will include coordination of all services and repair requests with the approved maintenance service providers, supplier coordination, asset performance monitoring, fleet management organisation liaison – maintenance management, and telematics data monitoring.

A little about you:

  • Diesel Mechanic with experience in specialised heavy commercial vehicle & plant
  • strong communication and negotiation skills to allow coordination and interpretation of information provided by various fleet suppliers
  • analytical skills (mostly via intermediate excel techniques) to allow astute interpretation of monthly reports and data, in order to identify areas of risk and non-compliance
  • sound communication skills both verbal and written, plus excellent time management
  • self-motivated and an ability to deal with and balance wide range of often conflicting demands for resources and expenditure
  • ability to utilize computer-based information systems, specifically FMS and SAP
