Step into a role where you’ll help shape how leadership shows up across the entire organisation. As a Leadership Development Partner, you’ll bring leadership capability to life—designing and facilitating engaging, practical learning experiences while continuously evolving programs to align with what the business needs most.

Working as part of a collaborative Leadership & Organisation Development team, you’ll build trusted partnerships with business leaders, HR and key stakeholders. Together, you’ll co-create meaningful, scalable solutions that empower leaders, foster positive behaviour change and elevate organisational performance.

You’ll play an active role in delivering impactful leadership programs and learning experiences—ensuring they are not only well-designed, but truly resonate, enabling leaders to grow with confidence and make a real difference in their teams and the broader business.

A little about you

  • Solid experience delivering leadership and organisational capability initiatives in complex environments.
  • Experience supporting or coordinating leadership development and learning initiatives.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and support delivery of agreed outcomes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Demonstratable experience facilitating development in operational, frontline, unionised, dispersed or field-based environments.
  • Experience coordinating workshops, learning activities or capability programs. 

Qualifications / certifications & Skills

  • Tertiary qualification in Learning & Development, Psychology, OD or related discipline.
  • Strong facilitation capability across virtual and face-to-face environments.
  • Professional qualification in coaching (e.g. ICF).
  • Strong written communication with ability to simplify complex concepts into practical tools.
  • Experience aligning programs and resources to leadership frameworks or capability models.
  • Accreditation or experience with leadership diagnostics (e.g. LSI, DISC, 360 tools).
