About the role:
Jemena/Zinfra has established an ‘End-to-End’ transformation project within Jemena Networks (JN), Gas Markets (GM) and Jemena Network Services (JNS), with a key objective to build capabilities within the business to support the long-term sustainability and profitability of Jemena and Zinfra through how we manage of our existing assets.
Reporting to the Change Management Lead, the Change and Communications Support role will support the project team with a focus on change and communications activities and plans. The role will assist in ensuring the effective management of Project communications and change activities, effectively building and managing communication channels, content and collateral, as well as driving change activities which generate value and gain buy in from the business to drive successful delivery against project milestones and outcomes.

With experience working in a similar support role, you will also have worked on communication or change initiatives or projects in a progressive and commercially oriented organisation (ideally in the energy/utilities sector).
You will have demonstrated communication and presentation experience and be able to proactively act on issues and challenges with composure while also exhibiting a high level attention to detail and action orientation, so your ability to manage and navigate fast paced change and deal with ambiguity will be key to your success.
As well as being able to work autonomously without direction, you will also have experience in collaborating and influencing a wide range of stakeholders spread across the office as well as field and engineering roles, this includes supporting in the facilitation of workshops and running meetings to develop requirements, drive change and communication activities and issue resolution.
