We are currently seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our Sydney CBD team.  In this role you will provide exceptional administrative support to the General Manager, Property Managers and Portfolio Manager by implementing and adhering to business practices/processes/systems.

You will implement customer centric portfolio property services in accordance with the management agreement in order to maximise the financial/operational performance of the portfolio. And you will assist the broader team with tenant relationship management and implementing tenant engagement plan within the assets.

Your strong attention to detail will be complemented by your ability to build effective internal and external relationships. It is essential you possess strong interpersonal skills with a genuine desire and passion for the property industry, promote Investa and actively engage in industry bodies/events.  It is preferred that you have either a degree in Business, Property Economics or experience in property management.
