flexicommercial partners with Finance Brokers to offer market leading Asset Finance Solutions to SME’s. The flexicommercial (part of hummgroup) culture is fast-paced, customer focused and high-achieving. This role is suited to someone who is flexible, organised, pro-active and able to multi-task, with experience in dealing with Commercial and Asset Finance.  

What's so exciting about this role?

Managing a portfolio of brokers together with the flexicommercial Business Development team, you will provide end-to-end transaction support with a core focus on exceptional customer service in liaising with finance brokers to facilitate their customers’ equipment finance needs. You will be responsible for managing various broker accounts and stepping in and assisting others in the team wherever necessary to maintain service levels to brokers and their customers.

What Does An Average Day Look Like?

No day is average at flexicommercial but here’s an idea of what you can expect to do in this role:

  • Work collaboratively with the Business Development Managers to manage your brokers’ customer finance applications through the credit and settlements processes.
  • Take broker and customer calls and assist them either directly in their requirements or referring them to the appropriate department within hummgroup.
  • Liaise and engage with other functions within flexicommercial and throughout hummgroup including Credit, Settlements, Asset Management and Legal to deliver exceptional broker and customer experience.
  • Assist with the implementation of marketing plans and promotions to brokers.
  • Provide a variety of support services to the Business Development team, using your intermediate to advanced level of finance knowledge.

Who will thrive in this role?

You will have experience within a commercial finance company, bank or commercial finance broker firm (preferably within Asset Finance). You are customer focused and have excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy of data and love putting your relationship management skills to good use. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are able to collaborate with everyone to get things done.
