What's so exciting about this role? 

You will play a critical role in shaping the success of customer growth at hummgroup, leading the delivery of Digital and Performance marketing initiatives for humm90. You will be responsible for designing and implementing customer acquisition strategies and campaigns that are optimised to maximise efficiency and budget. Then, once they are customers you will be responsible for onboarding those new customers and maximising their first 90 days on book.

You will need to stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and emerging paid media practices in the financial services sector. 

What Does an Average Day Look Like? 

No day is average at hummgroup, but here's an idea of what you will be responsible for:

  • Industry knowledge and understanding of financial products, services, and regulatory requirements preferred. 
  • Exceptional collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams fostering a collaborative, innovative, and results-driven environment. 
  • Proficiency in analysing data and performance metrics to derive actionable insights and drive decisions. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills capable of effectively conveying complex ideas to various stakeholders, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organisation. 
  • Self-starter and self-motivated. You will be leading the humm90 marketing acquisition strategy for Australia.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric data driven approach and a passion for delivering efficient outcomes that are on strategy.
  • Strong background in data analysis and digital media. You need to understand the power of content, data, and media to deliver best in class direct to customer campaigns.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with the ability to multi-task multiple projects to meet tight timelines. 
  • Experience working in as an omni-channel marketer.

We’re also looking for someone who also has:

  • Experience working in digital marketing or advertising (experience with retail, agency, and/or financial services preferable)
  • Proficiency in paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, DV360 and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Proven experience in digital content and creative
  • Strong analytical experience particularly in digital analytics so you can identify, implement, recommend, and manage meaningful interpretation of results, optimisations, and measurement frameworks.
  • Strong presentation skills
