What's so exciting about this role?

In this role, you will execute the agreed sales plan to deliver outcomes in line with company targets for partner growth. You will collaborate closely with the business development team, relationship managers and other key stakeholders to develop and execute on strategies designed to acquire, onboard, train and grow key partnerships. Your role will include working collaboratively to support partner adoption and program usage, identifying new opportunities to drive business growth, executing onboarding programs, providing continuous training and ensuring exceptional support for key partnerships in your assigned territory.

What does an average day look like?

No day is average at humm, but here's an idea of what you will be doing:

  • Develop and implement key strategic plans to achieve sales and growth targets within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure partner engagement that drives volume growth.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual meetings to deliver initial program training and ongoing coaching to drive usage, discuss program performance and gain alignment on opportunities to grow their program.
  • Perform proactive outreach within key humm partnerships and deliver sales presentations and product demos to encourage members to opt-in for the program.
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to resolve partner issues and complaints.
  • Represent humm with key associations and industry conferences to amplify our visibility and develop key relationships.
  • Leverage CRM to capture all activity, insights, notes, actions, compliance, reporting and listing out agreed actions and report summaries.
  • Provide feedback on industry trends, market demands, platform and program friction points and opportunities that help inform the strategic direction of the business and product roadmap.

  • Excellent analytical skills required to analyze data and provide insights.
  • Ability to travel to client meetings within the assigned territory.
  • Degree in business or relevant discipline (highly desirable).
  • Prior experience in account management within consumer financing, healthcare, or home improvement is an asset.
