AI at Humanforce
At Humanforce, we’re not experimenting at the edges of AI, we’re redesigning the core of how we operate. We see AI as a fundamental shift, not an incremental improvement, and we’re deliberately moving toward becoming an AI-native organisation.
That means rethinking how work gets done end-to-end, how we build our products, make decisions, serve customers, and scale impact. We’re not layering AI onto old ways of working, we’re redefining and reimagining our processes, tools, and team structures to take full advantage of what AI makes possible.
This is a moment of real change. We’re moving fast, learning in real time, and challenging assumptions about roles, workflows, and productivity. If you’re motivated by transformation, not optimisation, and want to help shape how a global tech company operates in an AI-first future, Humanforce is the place to do it.
What This Role Is
This is a commercial leadership role with direct accountability for pipeline, conversion, and new revenue. You will define where we compete, how we win, and how we scale — using AI and modern growth tools as leverage.
This is not a channel optimisation role. It's for a leader who drives outcomes through clear strategy, strong leadership, and disciplined execution.
Why This Role Exists
We are evolving how growth works. The constraint is no longer activity — it's pipeline quality, conversion efficiency, market focus, and speed of execution.
This role exists to drive predictable, capital-efficient revenue growth by aligning strategy, execution, and team performance.
What you will do
Commercial Growth Ownership
- Own and scale a predictable, capital-efficient new business revenue engine
- Define ICP, vertical prioritisation, and where we choose to compete
- Drive pipeline growth with a focus on quality, not volume
- Improve conversion rates and reduce buyer friction across the funnel
- Partner with Sales to improve deal velocity and win rates
- Make clear trade-offs on where to invest, double down, or stop
Growth Strategy & Execution
- Define and execute demand strategy across paid, owned, events, and partners
- Drive stronger market penetration in priority verticals
- Balance data, experimentation, and creative thinking to unlock growth
- Use AI and automation to scale execution, increase experimentation, and improve efficiency
- Continuously test and refine approaches to improve performance
Leadership & Team Performance
- Lead and develop a high-performing growth team across paid, organic, events, and SDR alignment
- Set clear performance standards and hold the team accountable to outcomes, not activity
- Create a strong operating cadence (planning, execution, review, iteration)
- Drive focus and prioritisation across the team
- Build a culture of ownership, urgency, and continuous improvement
- Identify capability gaps and hire or restructure where needed
Commercial Accountability
- Own marketing-sourced and influenced ARR
- Drive pipeline coverage, quality, and conversion
- Improve CAC efficiency and capital allocation
- Contribute directly to overall growth performance
Operating Expectations
- You bring clarity to ambiguity and direction to complex problems
- You are comfortable making hard decisions and holding teams accountable
- You operate with commercial discipline, not channel bias
- You move quickly and expect the same from your team
- You focus on outcomes, not activity
What you’ll need
- Proven experience owning pipeline and revenue outcomes in B2B SaaS
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of growth economics
- Experience leading multi-channel growth teams
- Ability to prioritise high-impact opportunities and eliminate low-value work
- Experience working closely with Sales to drive revenue outcomes
- Strong leadership capability — able to motivate, challenge, and develop teams
- Curiosity and openness to using AI and automation to improve growth
Some ‘nice to haves’
- Experience scaling growth across ANZ with exposure to US or UK markets.
- Experience building or evolving SDR operating models.
- Exposure to multi-product SaaS environments.
- Experience leading through transformation or operating model redesign.
Why this role is different?
This role sits at the intersection of commercial ownership, team leadership, GTM strategy, and AI-driven execution. You'll redefine how growth operates in a system-of-record platform, influence how we prioritise markets and investment, and build a team that scales globally.
