Who you are
We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer (Angular & .NET) to join our product engineering team dedicated to Workforce Management (WFM). You’ll help us design, build, and evolve features that directly impact how thousands of businesses manage their people every day.
What you will do
- Design, build, and maintain features across the WFM platform, from intuitive Angular front-end experiences to robust .NET back-end services.
- Collaborate with the team lead, product owner, other developers, UI/UX designer, and QAs in a positive and solutions-focused manner.
- Demonstrate technical expertise by contributing to and improving technical solutions, coding standards, and development processes.
- Proactively put forward best practice development principles when working with product and design teams.
- Resolve support tickets that require development work, including validating and reproducing issues, collaborating with stakeholders, and supporting testing.
- Work independently on new feature development and bug fixes, taking ownership from design through to deployment.
- Identify and implement reusable components to speed up delivery and ensure consistency across the platform.
- Continuously look for ways to improve performance, including leveraging big data for large-scale data handling and optimization.
- Ensure applications are secure, scalable, and performant to meet the needs of enterprise customers.
What you’ll need
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer in enterprise SaaS or related domains
- Strong proficiency in Angular, .NET, ASP.NET with C#
- Solid understanding of SQL Server, data modelling, and performance optimization.
- Solid experience with Entity Framework including building and optimizing LINQ queries.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms AWS (Beanstalk / Lambda / ECS)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Understanding of cloud-native application development concepts (AWS) and serverless technologies/frameworks
- Demonstrated knowledge of security best practices and principles
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Team City, Jenkins, Octopus or GitHub Actions).
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate clearly within a diverse, cross-functional team.
- Direct experience using AI tools in your day-to-day work, or a strong openness and eagerness to learn how to apply them to enhance outcomes.
