- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using modern front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
- Optimise applications for performance, responsiveness, and accessibility.
- Ensure scalability and maintainability by implementing best practices, including modular architecture and well-documented code.
- Champion accessibility best practices (a11y) by ensuring UI components are compliant with WCAG standards
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and bring innovative ideas to improve the front-end experience.
What you’ll need
- Proven experience as a Frontend Engineer with expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar).
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience in building scalable, reusable components and working within design systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot performance and usability issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
- Passion for frontend development trends, best practices, and new technologies.
Some ‘nice to haves’
- Experience in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
- Familiarity with state management libraries.
- Experience in working with Web components.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and experience working with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
