Who you are
You are a technically minded marketer who specialises in building the systems and automation that enable modern, scalable go-to-market execution. This role exists to turn growth strategy into durable, automated, always-on go-to-market systems.
You will work closely with Growth, Marketing, RevOps, Sales, and Insights to design and build AI-native GTM infrastructure that removes manual execution, reduces tool sprawl, and ensures that once a growth problem is solved, it stays solved through automation.
This is not a campaign role. This is not a marketing ops admin role. This is a commercial systems engineering role.
What you will do
- Design, build, and maintain the end-to-end GTM operating stack across CRM, marketing automation, analytics, enrichment, and AI tooling.
- Architect GTM systems that enforce ICP discipline, improve funnel velocity, automate lifecycle motion, and trigger expansion and enablement at the right moment.
- Build AI-enabled and automated workflows to run campaign execution, lifecycle communications, content distribution, enablement of delivery, and reporting with minimal human intervention.
- Translate solved growth initiatives into always-on “perform mode” systems by codifying rules, triggers, constraints, and logic.
- Partner with Growth & Insights to establish reliable attribution, funnel diagnostics, and lifecycle measurement frameworks.
- Aggressively rationalise the GTM tech stack to reduce overlap, fragility, and operating costs.
- Ensure GTM systems are durable, scalable, and resilient, optimised for long-term leverage, not one-off execution.
What you’ll need
- Strong systems thinking with experience designing end-to-end B2B SaaS go-to-market stacks.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot), automation tools (e.g. Make, Zapier), and native APIs.
- Ability to translate commercial and growth requirements into executable system logic.
- Comfort working with data models, schemas, integrations, and imperfect data.
- Practical experience using AI and LLMs to reduce manual work and automate execution.
- High tolerance for ambiguity and low tolerance for inefficiency.
Some ‘nice to haves’
- Experience with reverse ETL, data pipelines, or deeper data engineering concepts.
- Experience building AI-assisted workflows at scale.
- Exposure to RevOps, revenue systems design, or complex, long-cycle B2B SaaS environments.
