AI at Humanforce

At Humanforce, we're not experimenting at the edges of AI, we're redesigning the core of how we operate. We see AI as a fundamental shift, not an incremental improvement, and we're deliberately moving toward becoming an AI-native organisation. That means rethinking how work gets done end-to-end, how we build our products, make decisions, serve customers, and scale impact.

We're not layering AI onto old ways of working, we're redefining and reimagining our processes, tools, and team structures to take full advantage of what AI makes possible. This is a moment of real change. We're moving fast, learning in real time, and challenging assumptions about roles, workflows, and productivity. If you're motivated by transformation, not optimisation, and want to help shape how a global tech company serves its customers in an AI-first future, Humanforce is the place to do it.

Who you are

As a Sales Development Representative at Humanforce, you are a confident, articulate, and energetic sales professional who thrives on outbound prospecting and building relationships from scratch. You bring a professional phone manner, a natural ability to engage with people, and the resilience to make cold outreach work.

You will work closely with the Enterprise Account Executive team, focused exclusively on cold outbound, strategising on how to crack into target enterprise accounts and then executing with discipline across phone, email, LinkedIn, and targeted campaigns. You are someone who shows up, picks up the phone, and makes things happen.

You are a genuine team player and culture fit. You understand that your success is tied to the success of the reps you support, and you bring energy, positivity, and professionalism to every interaction.

Please note, we’re only open to candidates based in Sydney, NSW for these roles to ensure close working alignment to our new business acquisition team.

What you will do

  • Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives to strategise on account penetration approaches and execute plans for the top 20-30 target enterprise accounts.
  • Work towards consistent SQL conversion targets, contributing to the team benchmark of SQLs per period.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to support upcoming campaigns, align on outreach strategies, and deliver on booking targets.
  • Build and maintain deep knowledge of the Humanforce HCM platform and how it solves workforce management challenges for enterprise clients.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity data to support pipeline visibility and performance reporting.
  • Continuously refine your outreach, messaging, and discovery skills to improve conversion rates and exceed activity targets.
  • Contribute to a high-energy, collaborative team culture where sharing wins, learnings, and feedback is the norm.

 What you’ll need

  • Confident, professional, and articulate phone manner. You are comfortable making cold calls and representing Humanforce with credibility.
  • Naturally outgoing, bubbly, and extroverted. You bring energy and warmth to every conversation.
  • A genuine team player with strong culture fit. You contribute actively and look to elevate the people around you.
  • B2B sales experience with an understanding of how sales and marketing functions work together in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • High commercial acumen and the ability to qualify prospects and identify business challenges quickly.
  • Proven ability to hit activity targets through discipline, consistency, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, outbound-focused environment.
