What this role is
We're growing fast, and we need an experienced TA Partner to help us scale our hiring across multiple functions during a critical period of growth.
This is a 6-month contract opportunity, with the potential to move to a permanent role; embedded in our People & Culture team. You'll partner closely with hiring managers across the business to run full-cycle recruitment, from intake to offer across a range of roles spanning Go-to-Market, Product, Engineering, and business operations functions.
This is not a coordination role. This is a true business partnering role.
You'll bring structure to ambiguity, push back where the brief isn't sharp enough, and hold the bar on candidate and hiring manager experience throughout.
Why this role exists
We're going through significant growth in our business and a team of hiring managers who need a skilled TA partner in their corner. We need someone who can hit the ground running, build trust quickly, and deliver results without a long runway.
What you will do
- Run full-cycle recruitment across multiple concurrent roles and functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, levelling, and assessment approach.
- Source proactively through LinkedIn, networks, referrals, and other channels, not just inbound.
- Use AI to transform how we source talent, run outreach, and keep stakeholders in the loop — from automated interview briefs to seamless TA workflows that get the right information to the right people, fast.
- Screen, assess, and move candidates through the process efficiently without sacrificing quality.
- Be a genuine advocate for candidate experience throughout
- Use data to track pipeline health and flag risks early.
- Contribute to improving our TA processes, templates, and tooling where gaps exist.
- Collaborate with the broader P&C team on EVP and employer brand as relevant.
What you’ll need
- Proven experience in full-cycle in-house TA or agency recruitment, ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech environment
- Comfortable managing a portfolio of roles across different functions simultaneously
- Strong sourcing capability. You don't wait for applications, you go and find the right people
- Excellent stakeholder management. You build trust with hiring managers and hold the brief without letting it drift.
- A data-informed approach. You know your pipeline metrics and use them to make decisions.
- Clear communicator who keeps candidates and stakeholders informed and engaged throughout.
- Able to work autonomously and hit the ground running from day one.
Some ‘nice to haves’
- Experience recruiting across APAC, UK, North American or Philippines markets.
- Background recruiting for high-growth or PE-backed tech businesses.
