AI at Humanforce

At Humanforce, we’re not experimenting at the edges of AI; we’re redesigning the core of how we operate. We see AI as a fundamental shift, not an incremental improvement, and we’re deliberately moving toward becoming an AI-native organisation. That means rethinking how work gets done end-to-end, how we build our products, make decisions, serve customers, and scale impact. We’re not layering AI onto old ways of working, we’re redefining and reimagining our processes, tools, and team structures to take full advantage of what AI makes possible.

This is a moment of real change. We’re moving fast, learning in real time, and challenging assumptions about roles, workflows, and productivity. If you’re motivated by transformation, not optimisation, and want to help shape how a global tech company operates in an AI-first future, Humanforce is the place to do it.

What This Role Is

You will play a central role in shaping the growth strategy of a system-of-record platform at the core of frontline workforce operations — influencing how we prioritise markets, allocate investment, and scale in an AI-first world.

This is the commercial intelligence layer of the business.

This role exists to identify where growth is being created or destroyed — and to guide executive decisions on where to invest, what to change, and what to stop.

You will operate as a strategic partner to the CGO and leadership team, combining analytical rigour with commercial judgement to influence revenue outcomes across acquisition, expansion, and brand.

This is not a reporting role. This is not a dashboard role. This is a decision-making role.

Why This Role Exists

As we scale, the constraint is no longer activity — it’s clarity.

  • Where are we leaking revenue?
  • Which segments are actually profitable?
  • What is driving conversion and what is noise?
  • Where should we invest next?

This role answers those questions — and ensures the business acts on them.

What you will do

  • Diagnose growth constraints across pipeline, conversion, expansion, and retention
  • Identify and quantify the highest-leverage growth opportunities
  • Define and refine ICP, segment strategy, and market focus
  • Analyse funnel performance and isolate true drivers of growth efficiency
  • Translate product usage, CRM data, and market signals into clear commercial recommendations
  • Challenge existing GTM assumptions and prioritisation decisions
  • Define which metrics matter and eliminate vanity metrics
  • Design and prioritise growth experiments in partnership with Growth and Customer teams
  • Partner with the GTM Engineer to ensure insight is operationalised into workflows and systems
  • Present clear, decision-grade recommendations to senior leadership

Commercial Accountability

You are accountable for improving:

  • Pipeline quality and conversion efficiency
  • CAC efficiency and capital allocation
  • Segment profitability
  • NRR and expansion readiness
  • Growth prioritisation decisions

Success is measured by better decisions and better outcomes, not better reporting.

What you’ll need

  • Strong commercial mindset — understands SaaS economics (ARR, CAC, NRR, payback)
  • Experience in strategy, consulting, commercial intelligence, or growth roles
  • Ability to frame ambiguous problems and define clear hypotheses
  • Strong analytical capability across multiple data sources (CRM, product, market)
  • Ability to distinguish signal from noise and prioritise under uncertainty
  • Confidence to challenge senior stakeholders and influence decisions
  • Clear, structured communication. You are able to simplify complex ideas

What Makes This Role Different

  • Direct exposure to executive decision-making
  • Ability to shape GTM strategy across international regions and multiple segments
  • Ownership of what the business prioritises, not just how it executes
  • Operates at the intersection of data, strategy, and revenue

Some ‘nice to have's’

  • Deep experience in B2B SaaS or subscription-based business models.
  • Exposure to pricing and packaging analysis, market sizing, or TAM/SAM frameworks.
  • Experience supporting high-growth or PE-backed environments.
  • Familiarity with forecasting, portfolio analysis, or commercial intelligence roles.
