Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia (HCA) is a leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment. With a solid network of branches nationally, we service a multitude of customers, including mining, construction, quarry and forestry with quality equipment and after-sales support.

The Opportunity:

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of the construction equipment sector. Join our successful team at our state-of-the-art Parramatta Office within the Corporate Support Group. You'll report to the National CE Major Account & Product Support Manager, where you'll be the crucial link between our factory and internal customers.

As a graduate, you'll have the unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact from day one. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Safety Advocacy: Demonstrating unwavering commitment to HCA Safety Policies and procedures.
  • Technical Prowess: Utilizing your analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical issues related to construction equipment.
  • Effective Communication: Providing professional, top-tier technical communications to internal and external stakeholders, focusing on problem-solving and stakeholder management.
  • Innovation: Identifying and driving product improvement projects in collaboration with OEM support and the HCA Engineering team.

To Succeed in this Role, You Will Need:

  • Educational Background:Graduate or near completion of Mechanical Engineering qualifications.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, enabling you to effectively convey information to a diverse audience.
  • Customer Dedication: A genuine desire to uphold Hitachi’s Promise of Total Customer Satisfaction, fostering positive customer relationships.
  • Tech Proficiency: Strong computing skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications.
