Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, as a Valuer you will provide financial and analytical support to the Business in the management of a diversified portfolio of retail and commercial properties. Key responsibilities will include lease analysis, valuation and financial modelling, database management and reporting assistance. 

Essential Duties

  • Complete lease analysis for proposed new leases and lease renewals.
  • Maintenance of leasing budgets and database.
  • Collation and analysis of relevant market research and data.
  • Preparation of investment feasibility and cashflow analysis.
  • Assist in the preparation of the Quarterly Reporting and Strategic Asset Planning.
  • Assist in coordination of external valuations and preparation/ maintenance of internal valuation models.
  • Analysis to optimise property valuations including historical and forecast return benchmarking.
  • Work closely with relevant managers to ensure accurate, timely and reconciled reports

Qualification Requirements

  • Licensed Valuer.
  • +3 years industry experience.
  • Strong excel, Cougar and Forbury modelling skills.
  • Highly proficient in the use of computers and able to quickly learn new systems with training.
