The role

Are you tired of the bureaucracy and politics of big firms, but still want to work on quality, market-leading transactions? We’re looking for a Senior Associate / Special Counsel to join our rapidly expanding Brisbane Corporate Practice. We’re a diverse group, and are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, hard-working and fun. 

Working alongside Peter Williams and Benny Sham, you will have the opportunity to access a wide range of work, including domestic and cross-border M&A (both public and private), capital raisings and initial public offerings, commercial contracting arrangements, as well as structuring, establishment and operation of joint ventures.

The team advises clients in a range of industries including technology, food and agribusiness, resources, life sciences, biotech, manufacturing and distribution and assists throughout all phases of a client’s growth profile, from start-up to ASX listing.

We’re looking for someone

  • who is an admitted lawyer within Australia;
  • with 5+ years’ experience; 
  • who has Corporate M&A (public and/or private) / capital markets experience; 
  • who wants a fantastic team culture; and 
  • with an entrepreneurial and innovative mind-set.
