The Supply Chain Business Process Analyst under general supervision, responsible for the creation, implementation and sustainment of Supply Chain Business Processes.

  • Pay Rate: Up to $50.00/hour, depending on experience.
  • Assignment Length: 5-month contract with a high possibility of extension and/or conversion based on performance and other factors.
  • Shift Details: Day shift | 8:00 am – 4:30 pm | 40-hour per week

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and develop business cases.
  • Assist with process design, development, and documentation.
  • Support implementation activities, including deployment planning, training, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Track performance metrics and provide guidance to ensure long-term process sustainability.
  • Partners in business process opportunity development activities including the identification of stakeholder requirements, business case development and funding source facilitation.
  • Collaborates in process creation through design, development and documentation.
  • Contributes to implementation efforts including deployment planning, training, implementation execution, change management, scope control and periodic stakeholder reviews.
  • Promotes sustainability by identifying and tracking performance metrics, providing additional guidance for special conditions and addressing stakeholder needs.
  • Role is heavily focused on business process improvement, reporting, data analytics, stakeholder collaboration, and S4 transition support.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of an undergraduate degree in Technical, Supply Chain or Business discipline required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain required.
  • Experience with SAP and other ERP systems is preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills is preferred.
  • Advanced data analytics capabilities, particularly in Excel and reporting tools is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including Excel, email management, data analysis, and data interpretation.
  • Effective communication skills through phone and email.
  • Strong organizational and task management skills.
