ABOUT THE ROLE
Calling all Contracts Administrators! Growthbuilt are seeking a well-established contracts administrator or senior contracts administrator on a Full Time or Part Time basis who can aid and support some of our project teams while also working across the front-end space tendering on new and exciting projects!
What’s the catch? No Catch. This is a unique and exciting role, that will have you be responsible for providing comprehensive contract administration support across both current and future projects within Growthbuilt’s diverse construction portfolio. The main focus of this role will be to set up the foundations of the projects (commercially), breakdown project budget, oversee drawings and document control, consulting pre construction and project delivery teams with letting packages and pass through claims.
Your ability to adapt to different job scopes, collaborate with various project teams, and maintain a keen eye for detail will be crucial in ensuring the success of our projects. Plus, who wouldn’t love a 4-day work week? (Part Time)
Our Contracts Administrators typically report to our Project Managers, in this case you would be directly reporting to our Commercial Manager.
Here’s what we are looking for:
- 5-6 years' experience in Contracts Administration within a tier 2-3 building environment
- Experience working on or across multiple projects valued between $50-$80 million
- Strong experience in subcontractor negotiations and managing procurement schedules
- Strong attention to detail and experience in process and document control
- Ability to problem solve and plan ahead
- Must have experience with Australian Standards & Building Codes
