Responsibilities

• Mobile team looking after several commercial client sites
• General landscape maintenance and labouring duties
• Lead and develop offsiders/apprentices
• Follow site plans and instructions from supervisors to exceed client expectations

About You

• Previous experience in leading landscaping or horticulture teams
• Comfortable using a wide variety of gardening tools and techniques
• Good communication skills to liaise with clients and coach your team
• Strong focus on safety and following workplace procedures
• Driven to always deliver high quality work
