About the Role

In this hands-on role you will lead from the front. Combine your passion and skill for creating stunning outdoor spaces with your talent for leadership and developing the skills of your team members.

• Lead and manage mulching and softscape projects
• Schedule, prioritise and delegate tasks
• Conduct inspections, identify and implement improvements
• Ensure equipment is well-maintained
• Promote a culture of safety

About You 

You will be a hands-on leader with a strong eye for detail and take immense pride in your work. You inspire your team members with your commitment to quality and safety. 

• At least 5 years' experience in landcaping or a similar role
• Have managed small teams of labourers
• Experience with garden maintenance tools and techniques
• Strong commitment to safety
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Drivers' license is essential
