About the Role

As a Garden Maintenance Team Member , you will oversee and manage our mowing operations. You will lead a dedicated team of Mower Operators to ensure the maintenance and enhancement of green spaces across multiple commercial and council-controlled open space sites.

This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong commitment to quality and safety, capable of working alongside their team to maintain and enhance green spaces.

• Actively participate in mowing and groundskeeping tasks alongside your team.
• Supervise and coordinate a team of Mower Operators, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
• Inspect sites regularly to ensure high standards of lawn maintenance and address any issues promptly.
• Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Ensure all mowing equipment is well-maintained and operational, arranging for repairs as needed.

About You

• Proficient in operating and maintaining various mowing equipment.
• Strong team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.
• Valid White Card
• Valid Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
• Valid Drivers' license.
