Operations Analyst

About the Role 

In the role of Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial and operational reporting and information to your client group, which in turn helps to inform their decision making around the financial aspects of delivery of projects and works for their clients.

You will contribute to our organisation by:

• Providing strong support in project tendering and procurement to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
• Maintaining high-quality data integrity across business systems (SAP, Power BI, Info Board).
• Contributing to continuous improvement in processes, compliance, and sustainability initiatives.

About You

You are a numbers person with a thorough understanding of financial reporting who has proven themselves to be able to effectively manage a dynamic workload and meet strict deadlines. Your commercial acumen has been built by exploring, questioning and asking questions about the businesses you have worked in.

A team player, your flexible approach and well-honed interpersonal skills are attributes that you pride yourself on. Effective communication skills and an ability to develop, build and sustain strong relationships with a range of key internal and external stakeholders is essential.

You have a high degree of proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite of programs and can be relied on to pay attention to the details and work at a consistent level of accuracy.

Above all, you can demonstrate to us your strong customer focus and work ethic enabling you to take personal accountability for your workload - being self motivated and able to work autonomously will help you to succeed in this role.
