Mowing Team Member

About the Role

As a Mower Operator, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing green spaces across our various commercial sites or council-controlled roadsides and open spaces. 

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in their work.

Hourly rates are above award and dependent on experience.

• Operate a variety of mowing equipment
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment
• Ensure lawns and green spaces are mowed to a high standard
• Assist with other groundskeeping tasks when needed
• Promote a culture of safety

 About You

• Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks to the highest standards.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
• Valid Driver's Licence
• White Card
• National Police Check or willingness to obtain (cost reimbursed)
