Your New Role
A relationship-focused role in SaaS/tourism tech for within enterprise partnerships. Responsibilities include developing strategy, nurturing relationships, identifying opportunities, and ensuring alignment. Data-driven approach to improve performance and support adoption. Expand market presence with exceptional partner service.
- Drive Growth: Develop and execute partnership & sales strategies, identify new opportunities in the tourism sector, and meet KPIs.
- Relationship Management: Own key client/partner relationships, build trust, maximize value & support product adoption.
- Market Presence: Represent the brand at events, build industry relationships, and contribute to marketing initiatives.
- Data-Driven Insights: Provide accurate reporting on sales & partnerships, analyze trends, and maintain CRM accuracy.
- Leadership & Improvement: Lead the Account Specialist, foster a high-performance culture, and drive continuous process improvements.
Your Skills and Experience
- Experience: Proven track record in sales/partnerships (tourism/SaaS preferred).
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Australian tourism landscape.
- Relationship Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with digital platforms, CRM, and data analysis.
- Results-Oriented: Passion for customer experience, commercial results, and continuous improvement.
